雨打竹林

1、保持仪式感

从时代大背景看，社会处于快速发展的转型期，变革似乎已成为常态。

有人认为，仪式是应运生活而产生的，跟不上时代步伐就理应改变；还有人认为，生活节奏这么快，时间这么紧张，仪式应该除去，要把精力投入到有意义的事情里去。

其实，保持适当的仪式感，是一种对生命的尊重，往往体现一个人的文明程度。正如苏格拉底对教育的定义:教育不是灌输，而是点燃火焰。保持适当的仪式感是对自己精神的修正和完善。

仪式的存在是为了让我们找到事物的界限，在生活的许多领域里，这些界限支配着我们的行为。任何时候都保持仪式感的人都有分寸感、中庸之道和自制力。另一方面，如果一个人习惯了自由和散漫，就注定无法保质保量地完成自己的工作，更何况他的文化水平再高。

《大学》中有云：“苟日新，日日新，有日新。” 大意是说：如果能每天除旧更新,就要天天除旧更新,不间断地更新又更新。保持仪式感就会让我们的生活时刻都是崭新的一天，会让我们以一种无比认真的心态处事，甚而充满激情热情，生机蓬勃、乐观向上地面对一切事情，包括逆境、困难、磨砺……

仪式虽小，价值却无限。让我们保持仪式感，规范自身行为，营造良好的社会环境，实现国家和民族的伟大复兴。

2、错误也美丽

有人说“乱花渐欲迷人眼，浅草才能没马蹄"的春天是美丽的;有人说“芳菲歇去何须恨，夏木阴阴正可人”；有人说"晴空一鹤排云上，便引诗情到碧霄"的秋天是美丽的，有人说“大雪压青松，青松挺且直”的冬天是美丽的。、而我说，那些在你探索真理，不断追求的过程中所犯的错误，同样是美丽的。比如材料中的林校长一事，明显是一个很典型的错误，若大家的批评否定促其改正，以求更好，岂不是完成了一个很美好的转化？若错误助其读更多的书认更多的字，最起码类似的错误不会再犯或者少犯，对于校长而言反是大有裨益之事。

成功是美好的，我们大多数人向往一帆风顺的生活，害怕失败和挫折，渴望得到鲜花和掌声但错误造成的磨练同样美丽，可以说每一次曲折都是人生的宝贵财富。

泰戈尔曾经说过:如果你把所有错误都关在门外，真理也会被关在门外。朗内西还说过:“不要给我建议，让我犯错误吧，如果你想有所成就，你不可能不犯错误。”普朗克说。所以错误对我们的成长很重要，它们不可怕，它们是通向成功的经验的一部分。

当我们专注于某一个学术问题时，可能会出现错误，但不要担心，只要我们认真分析，改正错误，就会有意想不到的收获，同时也会探索解决这类问题的方法，给人留下更深刻的印象，有利于我们今后的学习和工作，促进我们在生活中取得成功，不犯错误。

试想一下，如果爱迪生没有思想上的错误，导致多次实验失败，他怎么可能不断改进，最终取得成功呢。
